Lidia works as an intern in osteopathy, and she previously obtained a college diploma in physical rehabilitation. She eventually wants to pursue continuing education in neurology, as well as a certificate in personalized training.
Passionate about sport, training and physical activity since her youth, this is what pushed her to pursue studies in the field of health. She is very interested in fitness and restoring quality of life to her clients. She believes in osteopathic principles; or to take care of the person as a whole, to find the cause of the problem and to respect the self-healing force of the body.
Through myofascial and articular release techniques, cranial and visceral techniques, muscular energy techniques, gynecological techniques, global techniques and, of course, physical exercises, Lidia will offer you a unique and adapted treatment for you. She is also certified in therapeutic adhesive bandage (KT-taping), cupping therapy (cupping) and flossing technique (elastic bands) with RockTape Canada.
Very active herself, she loves to practice several sports such as soccer,
volleyball and hockey, as well as weight training and hiking.
